1 c. mashed banana

2 large eggs (beaten)

2 1/4 c. flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

***1/4 c. sugar (for topping)
***1/2 tsp. cinnamon (for topping)


  1. Place flour, baking soda, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, and vanilla. Make sure that the mixture gets light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, beat well, and then add the mashed banana.
  4. Slowly mix wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Place the mixture in the fridge. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. On a greased cookie sheet, drop balls of dough, about the size of a teaspoon. Arrange them about two inches apart.
  8. Combine cinnamon and sugar (for topping). Sprinkle the cookies with the mixture.
