Description

Chocolate balls are a perfect treat that is loved by adults and children alike. These balls are tasteful and rich with chocolaty flavor. The chopped pecans and coconut enhance the texture making these an addictive treat.

Ingredients

125 grams tea biscuits or graham crackers

¾ cup condensed milk

¼ cup pecans, chopped

¼ cup desiccated coconut

2 tbsp cocoa powder


Instructions

 

  1. Put the gram crackers or biscuits into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin. You can also crush biscuits in a food processor.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and condensed milk and mix well until everything is well combined.
  3. Once everything is combined, scoop out the mixture in a bowl.
  4. Add pecans and mix well.
  5. Grease your hands and scoop out the mixture to make small balls.For Serving:Dust balls with cocoa powder and serve.

Notes

When crushing biscuits or gram crackers make sure the crumb is fine. Otherwise, it won’t hold the shape and will crumble.

You can refrigerate these chocolate balls in an airtight jar for as long as a week. Freeze these and they will last up to a month.

Talking about nuts, I use pecans but if you don’t like pecans, you can use any nut you want. Whether its almonds, pistachios, or even raisins everything tastes perfect in these chocolate balls. It is all about your personal liking and preference.
