125 grams tea biscuits or graham crackers
¾ cup condensed milk
¼ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Put the gram crackers or biscuits into a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin. You can also crush biscuits in a food processor.
- Add desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and condensed milk and mix well until everything is well combined.
- Once everything is combined, scoop out the mixture in a bowl.
- Add pecans and mix well.
- Grease your hands and scoop out the mixture to make small balls.For Serving:Dust balls with cocoa powder and serve.
When crushing biscuits or gram crackers make sure the crumb is fine. Otherwise, it won’t hold the shape and will crumble.
