Homemade Apple Cake

This tasty homemade apple cake is amazing. It’s delicious, not too sweet, and moist. You will love the crunchiness of the fresh apples!



4 c. diced apples (without peel)

2 large eggs

1 c. vegetable oil

2 c. each white sugar and all-purpose flour

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. each baking soda and vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then lightly grease and flour a cake pan (9X13 inch).
  2. Combine oil and eggs and beat until foamy. Add vanilla, flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Mix well and then stir in the diced apples.
  3. Pour batter into the greased and floured cake pan.
  4. Bake for about 40 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes.


This homemade apple cake does not need frosting. You can serve it as is.
