This tasty homemade apple cake is amazing. It’s delicious, not too sweet, and moist. You will love the crunchiness of the fresh apples!
4 c. diced apples (without peel)
2 large eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. each white sugar and all-purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. each baking soda and vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and then lightly grease and flour a cake pan (9X13 inch).
- Combine oil and eggs and beat until foamy. Add vanilla, flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Mix well and then stir in the diced apples.
- Pour batter into the greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake for about 40 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
This homemade apple cake does not need frosting. You can serve it as is.
