Mango Vanilla Whipped Cream

Description

Mango Vanilla Whipped Cream is a fancy mango dessert that is ridiculously easy to make. No cooking nor complicated ingredients involved.

Ingredients

3 large mangoes

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tsp. orange zest

1 c. heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

mint leaves (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Chop peeled mangoes and reserve half of one for garnishing.
  2. Put the slices into a food processor and add orange zest as well as 1 tablespoon of sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream, vanilla, and remaining sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Place the mango puree and cream mixture in glasses. Do this in layers.
  5. Dice the reserved mango and use that, along with mint leaves, for garnishing.
  6. Serve.

Notes

  • The riper the mangoes are, the better.
  • You can also substitute the granulated sugar with cane sugar.

You can serve this treat immediately right after making it. Or, you can also chill it for about half an hour before serving. Either way, it would be really good!

Now can you imagine yourself enjoying layers of creamy fruit and perfectly whipped cream? Not to mention the diced mangoes on top. OMG, that would be heaven! This dessert is really awesome!

You will have better results if you utilize super ripe mangoes. So if yours are not yet ripe, I suggest you wait a little bit until they do.
