What Ingredients You Would Need
For the “dough”:
- Store-bought cookies, not dry
- 400 g Cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons
- 1/2 cup sugar (to taste)
- 1/2 cup Water (boiling water)
For the cream:
- Butter, room temperature
- 100 g – Sugar powder
- 100 gr (to taste)
- 40 gr Coconut chips
How To Prepare The No-Bake Brownie Roll
1.Grind the cookies with a blender or meat grinder to a fine crumb. Add the cocoa powder to the cookies. Stir to combine.

2.Dissolve half a cup of sugar in half a cup of boiling water. Let it cool. Pour the syrup into the dry mixture.

3.Knead into a smooth “dough”.
4.Prepare the cream. To do this, combine the butter softened to room temperature with powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well until homogeneous.
5.Roll out the cookie dough on clingfilm to the desired thickness. The thinner the rolled out cake, the more turns you get on the cut of the roll. I rolled out a layer about 3 mm thick.
6.Cover the layer with buttercream, distributing it evenly over the entire surface.

7.Then carefully roll up the cake with the cream. Roll in clingfilm and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.

8.Cut the ready roll into slices. Have a nice tea party!
